This three-story, 120,000-square-foot facility will provide functional and fun gathering spaces, both indoors and out. The student union will include new dining options and food court, recreational bowling, ballroom and abundant social spaces. The top floor will be dedicated to an innovative Success Center, celebrating upgrades to Coyote Walk, the main campus pedestrian promenade, and outdoor venues for concerts and student events.

The Natural Resources Building will be the 21 story headquarters to the California Department of General Services. It will house staff from the California Natural Resources Agency, the Department of Water Resources, the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Wildlife, the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, the Department of Conservation, and the Wildlife Conservation Board.

CA State Office Building (O Street)

This modern office building at 1215 O Street in Sacramento will be approximately 360,000 total gross square feet, and will include office, assembly, storage, building support, parking, and commercial food service space. The building will have an expected building capacity of 1,150 employees and will house staff from the Health and Human Services Agency, the Department of State Hospitals, and the Department of Developmental Services. 

Veterans Park Apartments

The Veterans Park Apartments is an affordable multi-family apartment complex located in Pomona, California. The family community will consist of 61 apartments ranging in size from 600 to 1,100 square feet.

This 34,000 Gross-Square-Feet (GSF) addition to the main hospital  replaces the existing Radiology facility and renovates approximately 15,000 square feet of the existing space. The new space will centralize and accommodate a variety of new radiology equipment for patient care.

A Quick-Turn Around facility will also be on-site, allowing for fueling, washing and light maintenance of rental car vehicles.
